Pizza boxes are stacked to the ceiling at this classic Northeast spot where the crowd comes for Vince's peculiar take on the pie: the dough is rolling-pinned round and flat, topped with slices of provolone, a ladle of sweet thin red sauce and a drizzle of oil. Lines — for a parking spot at the Grant Avenue strip mall or a table in the cafeteria-like dining room — can be long, but for most loyal customers that's part of Vince's charm.
