There’s also five kinds of eggs Benedict, 15 different omelets, and 12 types of pancakes. The Pop Shop’s 200-item menu is so vast that an indecisive customer might never get around to ordering. On the other hand, there’s certainly something to please even the pickiest eater. It’s crowd-pleasing diner fare, but the Pop Shop’s particular niche is making nearly everything from scratch, even the spicy ketchup for the hand-cut French fries.
