Cebu's New York Vibe surrounds the modern, casual dining experience of our Dipping Grill - where American entrees each come with a trio of extraordinary sauces. Our full tapas menu is half-priced during happy hours. Half-priced wine and champagne by the bottle every Sunday from 2-9pm. Late night, Cebu morphs into an elegant lounge with DJs most nights. Happy Hour 5-7pm Tuesday-Friday, $3 you call it mixed drinks and half-priced domestic beers!
