FridaySaturdaySunday owner Weaver Lilley hasn’t done much to change his romantic, dimly lit second-floor bar (named for its 80-gallon fish tank) since he opened it 35 years ago, and we think that’s just fine. We go for the quiet conversation, non-Rittenhouse vibe, cubby-booth canoodling and adult drinks, though lovely bartender Bridget won’t look down on you a bit if you insist on a frozen banana daiquiri (one of the bar’s staples) over her expertly made martinis.
