A true thin-crust specimen in Center City, carefully constructed by a kitchen that understands the draw of a gourmet pie. Above-average crusts and carefully considered toppings win Table 31 points, but the oiliness of certain pies and the fact that the margheritas are covered with basil confetti rather than whole, fresh leaves make us like it a little less than we otherwise might have. Also, the place ain't cheap.
