Profile

Run by Good Dog’s David Garry and Heather Gleason, along with Chef Jessica O’Donnell, this bar manages to be both casual and beer focused, yet polished and serving upscale food. Brit-staple fish ‘n chips plus burgers as well as a vegetarian shepherd’s pie, cheese, charcuturie and specials of the day like a whole grilled bronzino make up the menu. Crafts beers and creative cocktails round out the liquid options. Grab a seat outside for a great view of the Piazza’s oversized LED screen and stage filled with live  music almost nightly.

Let me begin with the first time I went Swift Half is was yummy, excellent service, and great vew. Swift Half very dog friendly and wonderful people watching venue. But, I went to eat at swift half on a lovely breezy summer night with my beau and bulldog and was surprized at LONG wait for service and in between courses lack of follow up to meal. My friend order chicken curry sandwich and I the mussels.. Chichen sandwich was okay great presentation. Mussels were cold and tiny not entire open either. Honestly I should have sent them back. I may give Swift Half another chance but I will try other place before I give them a chance. Sadly to report.
