Unexpectedly mild Mongolian lamb, a mainstay at Susanna Foo, makes an appearance at this Radnor office park restaurant, but there are few other similarities between the serene Walnut Street flagship and new Gourmet Kitchen. This feels more like your neighborhood Chinese spot: Red light bathes everything in restaurant; The Simpsons plays on TVs in the dining room. Fittingly, the casual menu options are the best: Go for the well-priced spicy rigatoni with duck confit and the ample dumpling sampler.
