Stone Rose
822 Fayette Street
Conshohocken, PA 19428
Profile
Intimate but energetic, Stone Rose is the brainchild of Conshohocken resident Brian Pieri who was fed up with his day job and wanted to create something for the neighborhood he loved. Diners feast on chef Jason Lipnicki’s local interpretations of hearty American meals—herb roasted pork loin stuffed with Lancaster County goat cheese and braised beef short ribs over mac’n’cheese. At the bar, you’ll find wines by the glass, taps of local beers, a few TVs and a great scene.

Conshy needed a place like this! Every time I have gone- it has been a great experience! I love the short ribs and mac and cheese, great wine selection and service. It can get crowded and the weekends. But it wont keep me away from the food!

I have been to StoneRose 3x, and all have been great. Its truly a great place for an older crowd that consists of foodies. They dont skimp. Food comes out slow, but its reflected in the best burger I have eaten in years. and the short ribs are beyond amazing..Slightly crack like..
