Both the décor and menu have undergone changes at Stella Blu. A recent renovation expunged the quirky, star splattered designs and brought menu global accents. The one-time all Italian bill of fare now includes Asian inspired dishes. But it’s clear that chef Ralph Pallarino still relishes his roots; smart menu choices include straightforward Italian fish and pasta dishes.
