Spring Mill Café, on an easy-to-drive-by residential corner in Conshohocken, prides itself on upholding tradition on the plate: The flaky Moroccan bastilla has been on the menu for two decades; the rustic, raisin-studded French country pâté is served with, of course, grainy mustard and cornichons. Change came slowly in the 27-year-old kitchen, too, but now that a long renovation is complete, regulars can look forward to new additions to the menu of old favorites.
