Spring Mill Café, on an easy-to-drive-by residential corner in Conshohocken, prides itself on upholding tradition on the plate: The flaky Moroccan bastilla has been on the menu for two decades; the rustic, raisin-studded French country pâté is served with, of course, grainy mustard and cornichons.
