Spring Garden's Silk City has been resurrected. The man behind ultimate Northern Liberties hangout N. 3rd, owner Mark Bee, stayed mostly true to the spot's diner roots (minus the grease scrubbed from the kitchen). Cocktails have replaced milkshakes at the counter-turned-red-lit-bar, but you'll find well-done diner favorites from chef David Katz.
