In the same spot since 1984, Shiroi Hana stands out from the pack of sushi places scattered around Center City. Its hallmark is the chefs’ presentation, which is impressive. The Dragon Roll (eel, avocado and cucumber) snakes diagonally across its plate and has two orange fish eggs for eyes. The teardrop sections of the Shiroi Hana Roll (tuna, yellowtail, avocado, smelt roe, cucumber and scallion) radiate out from a pile of orange roe like petals from a pistil.
