The long-running South Philly favorite Shank's and Evelyn's has relocated, shortened its name and multiplied. While the original 10th Street location is now closed, you can head to the waterfront to get the same famous chicken cutlet and eggplant parm sandwiches — and the infamous giambotti, a towering omelet with meats and red sauce — that have been justly praised by sandwich enthusiasts for decades.
