Steps off of South Street, this nondescript restaurant is putting out well-priced traditional Turkish food. Salads are fresh and large (perfect for sharing), but it’s really friendly owner Sal Kucuk and the entrées that stand out. The Doner kebab has thin cut slices of crispy lamb (with great, just-off-the-grill flavor), the Samsun kebab features garlicky chicken wrapped in a housemade pita, and the Turkish dumplings, spiked with red pepper, are tangy.
