This sleek little bistro has a backlit wall and a centerpiece open kitchen that’s a show in itself. What to order: oceanic baby bok choy with egg noodles, bean sprouts and cilantro; hearty beef broth with rice vermicelli, or, if you want the real deal, seriously earthy Korean oxtail soup—all amped up with fiery sriracha sauce.
