Busier than ever after moving to the former Flying Fish space in Chestnut Hill, Paul Roller continues to channel the late, lamented Frog and Commissary. There’s no longer an open kitchen, but the worldly comfort food is the same. The broiled tilapia with cranberries, ruby grapefruit and toasted pecans is the overall top seller; Roller jokes that it put his children through Dartmouth.
