Pho is (and always has been) all about the broth. At Pho Ha, it is subtle, fragrant, and arrives so fast at your table that the sliced steak floating in it is still—as it should be—just this side of raw. Plus, the house-made chile sauce alone is reason enough to pay a visit.

Not a good choice for Pho

This place is chaotic and dirty. Pho is horrible. It's the worst Pho restaurant in Philly. Better choice will be Pho Saigon on Columbus blvd.
