Little Pete’s has been transformed into Pearl, a hard-angled restaurant-lounge from the owners of Red Sky in Old City. In the kitchen, chef Ari Weiswasser is turning out Nobu-inspired Asian fare (miso cod, hot-oil-kissed sashimi) — and surprises like succulent, tempura-coated short ribs, each topped with a slice of jalapeño.

What I liked about Pearl the most are all the beautiful women that goes in there, and on top of that they are surprisingly friendly as well. The atmosphere is very plush and upscale, but only in the upstairs area where you have to pay a cover. If you don't mind paying a cover then more power to you!
