Peace a Pizza began selling thin-crusted gourmet pizzas by the slice to Main Line college students in 1996. The local company now has seven locations that specialize in far-out pies (black bean taco pizza or Buffalo wing-blue cheese pizza, anyone?) and well-executed basic pizzas. Hmmm—what’s in those brownies next to the register? Nothing more mind-bending than chocolate chips.
