Wegman's Food Market has a sushi stand. I used to think their sushi was awesome. But what I didn't realize about most food store sushi stands, is that they use more rice than fish. You don't realize that until you take a bite. I've noticed this at other places too. It's the same cost for mostly rice and a thin piece of sea meat. But at Osaka it's different.
At Osaka the sushi tastes fresh and almost buttery. It seems to melts in your mouth. I didn't know what I was missing until I stubbles across this amazing place. No other sushi will do. They have all of your other run-of-the-mill Japanese and Chinese dishes too. My favorite is the crispy shrimp with walnuts in a honey cream sauce.
Everything else on their menu is great too, and they're also a B.Y.O.B. If you don't live near Southampton PA, I suggest you go out of your way to try some of the best sushi in the area. Posted by Eddie: Jul. July 20th, 2010 at 10:56 AM
