Noble has food you can feel good about: The seafood is sustainable, the wine and beer list is almost all North American, and there’s an organic vegetable garden on the roof. Even though the menu is dominated by fish dishes, it’s the grass-fed beef short ribs that are reason enough to make reservations. Well, those and the pretty, light and airy urban-farmhouse dining room.

Wonderful food with beautiful ambience

Stumbled upon this little gem while waiting for a movie to start at the Roxy. We sat at the outside bar, enjoyed a few light dishes and spirits. We were even given a tour (including the kitchen) by the owner, Bruno.
