Profile

The local outpost of this steakhouse chain, Morton’s is a cool, dark spot that’s popular with conventioneers in search of their expense-account money’s worth, as well as with true aficionados of red meat. The waiter’s explanation of the menu — with cuts of Prime meat and oversized vegetables as visual aids — is unnecessary, but take his advice on the order-in-advance chocolate soufflé for dessert.
