This Bella Vista corner spot may look old-school diner to those who pass on by (especially on weekend mornings when hungry patrons are waiting outside for their table), but those who actually stop in are privy to a menu filled with thoughtful details that take it a step above diner fare. There’s the not-too-sweet homemade ketchup for dipping crispy Morning Potatoes in, the whipped peach butter that melts on pecan waffles and the BLT that has seared ahi tuna. Summer time means an outdoor dining room, but also no AC.
