Forget about the adjacent vast dining room with its heavy red lacquer and short ribs. The best part of Dynasty is the handful of seats at the sushi bar. Here, in the dark, cool, red-lit front room, gamers take a break from baccarat to refuel on insanely fresh yellowtail sashimi, perfect spicy tuna maki, melt-in-the-mouth barbecued eel and earthy uni. Slurping miso soup is completely permitted here. Coming in drunk from the nearby Heart concert is not.
