Regulars at KOP's ever-popular chains won't be surprised to find the new Legal Seafood chaotic even at 6 p.m. on a Sunday. Don't worry: The restaurant does take reservations. Sort of. It's called "preferred seating," and it will bump you to the top of the lengthy wait list for a seat in the comfortable, contemporary dining room, a bowl of clam chowder and a straight-up fish dish.
