This amalgam of a sports bar and gastropub has a fusion's-greatest-hits bar-food menu overseen by offal-slinging chef David Ansill. The classic burger uses eight ounces of dry-aged prime beef, has a nice char, is well seasoned with sea salt and pepper, and sits on a brioche bun from Metropolitan Bakery. Other thoughtful but not fussy dishes at this polished bar include smoky roasted mussels, crispy rock shrimp, and not-to-be-missed Korean tacos.
