This Senegalese restaurant, typically illuminated more by the glow of French-satellite TV than by sunlight, is popular with a West African crowd (from Togo, Mali, Ivory Coast They know what they're doing: All the standards are strong — try the chicken yassa and the thiebou d'jen, the fish-and-rice plate that is Senegal's national dish.
