It’s almost diet pizza. Lower-carb, all natural pizzas, sold by the inch for perfect portion control, Think pulled pork or fig jam and gorgonzola or eggplant-arugula pies.

True Italians would be revolted by America's creation of a "pizza": a thick buttery crust, globs of bland tomato sauce, arty clogging cheeses, and a max of three different toppings. But the owners of Jules have not only brought us back to the REAL italian pizza, but have amped it up with delectable creativity. Try the edamame with goat cheese and carmalized onion, greek salad, or sweet potato and apple pizza and make this a weekly addiction. Posted by Diana: Nov. November 28th, 2010 at 10:11 AM

We like Jules. It is not traditional pizza though so you shouldn't go there if you are looking for traditional pie. We like the fresh ingredients and our fav is the greek pizza. Not something we would typically like. A little expensive. Great for people with gluten/wheat sensitivities. Their Gluten Free crust is very good. Posted by RoseAnne: Dec. This place is excellent. No, it definitely isn't your standard "New York style" pizza, so if you come expecting the same old you'll be dissapointed. Fresh, organic ingredients and interesting combinations on very, very thin pizza crust. Pretty space overlooking main street and outside dining in the summer, great for people watching. BYOB. Even my picky friends like the food here and we've gotten the pizzas for parties as well! This is the latest greatest way to do pizza!! Posted by Katie: Dec. December 1st, 2009 at 1:11 PM

If you like pizza sauce on a cracker, this place is for you. I hated it. Doesn't even resemble real pizza. Posted by elaine: Nov. November 27th, 2009 at 12:38 PM
