I recently went to the Iron Hill in West Chester with my wife and had an incredible experience. Frequenting restaurants is a hobby for us, and we look forward to going out at least once a week. On this evening we decided to dine at the bar after meeting the bartender, Shaun Lapp. His mixed drinks were as incredible as his service, personality, and humor, (though I think my wife had a bit of a crush on him.) I'm not quite sure how you nominate someone for, "Best of Philly," but I'd like to nominate him. Definitly stop by and sit at his bar, and you'll understand what I mean. Posted by Jim: Apr.
