Many brewpubs do beer just right and food so wrong, but Iron Hill hits both marks. There are tasty sandwiches and app options, but the wood-fired pizzas and a round of Iron Hill's award winning Pig Iron Porter is hard to resist. All brews are made on-premises, and if your crowd includes teetotalers or kids, they'll love the homemade root beer.

Best Bartender in Philly

I recently went to the Iron Hill in West Chester with my wife and had an incredible experience. Frequenting restaurants is a hobby for us, and we look forward to going out at least once a week. On this evening we decided to dine at the bar after meeting the bartender, Shaun Lapp. His mixed drinks were as incredible as his service, personality, and humor, (though I think my wife had a bit of a crush on him.) I'm not quite sure how you nominate someone for, "Best of Philly," but I'd like to nominate him. Definitly stop by and sit at his bar, and you'll understand what I mean.
