Profile

A dressy crowd graces the veranda at the Frenchtown Inn. Typical of chef-owner Andrew Tomko’s seasonal brunch choices: eggs Benedict, or North Atlantic salmon with red wine au jus and whipped potatoes. Later on, when brunch gives way to the Grill Room menu, there’s no better snack than the ploughman’s plate of pâtés and terrines.
