If there’s such a thing as delicate pizza, this is it: Crust that’s light but not wimpy, sauce with just the right understated sweet tang. But at Earth Bread, it’s really about the neo-Mt. Airy hippiedom (and beer), plus the earthy combinations of toppings (and the beer). The Mexican comes with chipotle oil, red and green peppers, blackened chicken, mozzarella, asiago, pico de gallo salsa, the Traditional with tomato sauce, roasted onion, mozzarella, and tomato vinaigrette which surprises with a snootful of basil on first bite.
