At first, the fact that these pizzas come only in half-sizes seems troubling. But that’s until you order the prosciutto and fig pie with reduced balsamic vinegar and taste it. Even if you are exhausted by the over-reaching (and somehow rarely-succeeding) of certain modern pie joints, trust us: It’s worth the risk to order this one. In typical DiBruno Brothers execution, the fig and prosciutto pizza is an act of love, from the crust to the lightly-sprinkled herbs. The way the prosciutto blends with the other flavors on this pie can both make you forget that you’re eating pizza and yet love pizza all over again.
