Though it advertises itself as a Northern Italian steakhouse, Davio’s is Italian at heart, with specialties like spaghetti Bolognese, and crispy chicken livers. The dramatic dining room on the second floor of the Provident National Bank building caters to the power crowd breakfast through dinner, but the weekday happy hour is a well-kept secret. From 5 to 7 p.m., martinis are $5, and the thin-crust pizza is free.
