Profile

Hot (Old City), hot (Latino cuisine), hot (those super-cool mojitos): Those are the sizzling ingredients of Cuba Libre. The restaurant’s multi-story replication of pre-Castro Havana is designed to make you feel like you’re in (not at) the opera, and the theme is furthered by the Cuban coffees, the bar’s rum drinks, and the walls upstairs in the La Galleria dining room, where the works of Cuban artists and images of Cuba are exhibited.

A couple of my girlfriends and I recently visited Cuba Libre in Old City. The mojitos were out of this world, the food was amazing and the service was top notch! I love the tropical atmosphere and open air ambiance. If you haven't tried Cuba Libre recently, you need to go, they just introduced new menus. One of the new items is a crab, shrmip and avocado spring roll...delish!!!

My friend and I went to Cuba Libre this weekend for the first time and were impressed. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are actually dining in Havana. We split the Plato Gaucho for two and it was one of the best meals we have had in as long as we can remember. It had all different types of steak, sausage, shrimp, and chicken. I also recommend the grilled pineapple mojito.
