The lights, shaped like skewered olives, hint at the lengthy martini list at this “Rat Pack, the Next Generation” restaurant and bar in Old City. Although this, the first of restaurant emperor Stephen Starr’s spots, opened in 1995, it remains an anchor of 2nd Street nightlife. If the retro cocktails and the beautiful-people-watching don’t satisfy you, try the seared tuna over mushrooms risotto, or any entrée with the popular wasabi mashed potatoes.
