Profile

Blue Bell’s 18th-century Normandy Farm is home to Coleman Restaurant, from WHYY’s A Chef’s Table voice Jim Coleman. White tablecloths mix with historic farmhouse touches in the dining room. On the menu are fine-dining standards (jumbo lump crabcakes with rémoulade, filet mignon with a red-wine reduction) with some Philly touches (chicken marinated in Yuengling, Country Time Farm pork chops, cheesesteak rolls).
