Try one of six rotating beers on tap – all from local craft breweries – or peruse the nearly 320 bottled beers to go. For those who prefer wine, there are two dozen bottles to try by the glass. The cozy, earthen room (made almost entirely from reconstructed materials) is a welcome respite from the daily rush – and the delicious, healthy pub fare is an added bonus. Try the bison (yes, as actually buffalo) burger and the delicious, perfectly crisped fries.
