This is 1930s France in Technicolor: At Chez Colette, warm Mediterranean colors stretch from the brightly printed valances to the lapis-blue carpet, and gleaming blond-wood tables are lit by starry spotlights. The menu—more Philadelphia French than traditional French—features local ingredients and regional specialties, including Maine lobster and Maryland crabcakes.
