Will Passyunk’s Cantina Los Caballitos margarita-Mexican menu translate well in NoLibs? Judging from the crowds scarfing warm tortilla chips, sweet tacos al pastor and two-meal chicken fajitas on opening weekend, good money’s on yes. We can’t resist the throwback frozen margaritas, but NoLibs does miss out on the classic ’rita glasses used at the South Philly outpost.
