Yes, it’s on a pretty ugly corner at 11th and Washington. But inside, the large dining room is surprisingly pretty. Even prettier are the bargainprice Laotian and Thai dishes, particularly the spicy green curry, a fragrant, coconut-milk-based sauce that packs a fresh chile wallop.
