This small, comfortable South Philly restaurant – “What will you have, hon?” the attentive waitress asks, replenishing the never-empty breadbasket before turning back to the Eagles game on the bar’s television -- turns out both succulent grilled baby back ribs and plentiful pastas. Everything pairs well with a carafe of the house red. For dessert, the icebox cake is a favorite.
