This no-seating, no-frills space — the main design element is a TV showing The Real Housewives of Orange County — hidden behind Conshohocken’s Stella Blu turns out a surprisingly unique pie. The crisp, cracker crust is topped with restraint. Even the “Red Luna” is a sophisticated and olive oil-rich snack, each square dotted with concentrated San Marzano tomatoes and a dusting of savory, blistered cheeses.
