What was formerly three floors of Pearl, a club and bar around Ritthenhouse Square, is now two floors of Akoya, an Asian gastropub, where chef Greg Garbacz combined flavors from Japan, Thailand and China to create dishes like "Philly Roll" flatbread, lobster pad thai and pork belly yakatori. Fill up then head up to floor three, where Pearl's music still pumps all night long.

What I liked about Pearl the most are all the beautiful women that goes in there, and on top of that they are surprisingly friendly as well. The atmosphere is very plush and upscale, but only in the upstairs area where you have to pay a cover. If you don't mind paying a cover then more power to you!

Love Love Love this restaurant. Excellent food, great service, great music. Definitely a fun place to go with a big group, but is equally perfect for a "date night".
