Profile

Bryan Sikora (ex of Django and Talula’s Table, making his grand re-entrance onto the Center City scene) is a big name in the local restaurant community. But at A. Kitchen, there are bigger celebrities on the floor and Sikora and his kitchen seem content to be the center of no one’s attention. The servers don’t recite his “philosophy.” The menus don’t even carry his name. Sikora and his line cooks simply assemble A.Kitchen’s dishes—bigger than appetizers, smaller than entrées—then fade into the buzz and let the food speak for itself.
