Where I'm Eating: Bistrot La Minette

New in Queen Village, Bistrot La Minette provides a more subdued setting than that other new French bistro in Rittenhouse (ahem, Parc). And while it's quieter and has generated less buzz, it's also a worthy addition to the scene.

The narrow yellow dining room, diminutive bar and soft red banquettes set a cozy scene for enjoying classic French fare. Standouts include the savory country terrine with mustard and cornichons, and the flavorful roast chicken breast served with potatoes noisette (or chickpea-sized puffs of fried potato).
