KENZINGER BEER: ZOEY SLESS-KITAIN
Our city has a new craft brewer: Philadelphia Brewing Co., which makes a delightful range of quality ales in its Kensington brewery, after which this beer is lovingly nicknamed. Crafted in the style of German kölsch, Kenzinger is made with ale yeasts, but fermented slow and cool for lager-like subtlety. Find this brisk, refreshing brew at Good Dog off Walnut, the Pub on Passyunk East in South Philly, or Kensington’s Atlantis — The Lost Bar.
