Eat This Now: Lobster Bake

You don’t have to make the seven-hour trek to Maine this summer to indulge, at least approximately, in the fabulous Vacationland lobster bake — a crustacean steamed in a bed of seaweed along with clams, mussels, potatoes and corn on the cob. This month, head inland to West Chester’s Doc Magrogan’s, where a half lobster, shrimp and mussels share the plate with Old Bay-spiked boiled potatoes and perfectly in-season corn on the cob. Or visit King of Prussia’s new outpost of Legal Sea Foods, where a bake that includes chorizo, clams, mussels and a whole lobster is always available for $32.95.
