Available only on January 1 (and offered alongside $6 mimosas all day long), this pizza is topped with bacon, egg, cheddar cheese and everything bagel seasoning. It’ll run you $16, but depending on what kind of shape you’re in on the morning after, that might be the best bargain in town.

Pizzeria Vetri‘s “Pizza Jawn” series is a quarterly event where the Vetri team buddies up with a chef outside the family to collaborate on a limited edition pizza. This time around, the chef they’re bringing in is Yehuda Sichel (from Abe Fisher and elsewhere) and from October 17th to the 23rd, Pizzeria Vetri will be offering his Pork Belly Reuben Pizza. The Pork Belly Reuben pie will be available at Pizzeria Vetri’s Chancellor Street and Callowhill Street locations.
Oh, and in other news? Today is the grand opening of Pizzeria Vetri at the KOP Mall. It’s their new Square Pie model (which we told you all about a couple days ago), so if you’re in the mood for something square tonight, you’re in luck.

Pizzeria Vetri Square Pie opens Friday at the King of Prussia Mall
Pizzeria Vetri Square Pie opens this Friday, October 14th as part of the URBN nexus at the King of Prussia Mall. The Pizzeria Vetri will be joining the overhauled Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People on the upper level of the Court at King of Prussia. And as we told you about last month, this Pizzeria Vetri will specialize in Roman square pizza slices and feature a whole menu of rotolo.
