Fairmount’s popular Philly Flavors will soon be opening a location at 44 S 19th Street. The ice cream, Italian ice and frozen yogurt spot sports a similar blue-and-white pinstripe look to its Fairmount neighbor and received its awning this weekend.
The addition of the ice cream parlor should soften the loss of Scoop de Ville on Chestnut Street.
It may be October but it’s still muggy. So why not get some free water ice at the grand opening of Philly Flavors today. This brand new location of the popular Fairmount water ice spot is at 13th and Pine next to Dirty Frank’s.
