Over the past year, Paesano’s has been doing a bit of an expansion experiment. They’ve opened down the shore a year ago, today; they’ve opened, and closed, in Woody’s; they’ve give us a delivery option.
I’m happy to say, the Paesano’s down the shore is open again. Operating only on weekends (Friday through Sunday), the Philly Style sandwich spot is open in the the Memories Lounge at 9518 Amherst Avenue, Margate, NJ. Shore hours are from 11 a.m. until the crowd dies away.

Well that didn’t last long. The Paesano’s within Woody’s has closed. Announced through its Facebook page, no details were given as to why the less than two-month-old venture went kaput. Paesano’s promises to continue to deliver to “nearly every neighborhood” in the city.
Peter McAndrews continues to serve up Paesano’s Italian Style sandwiches from his Girard Avenue and Italian Market locations. He also is vending from within the Memories Lounge in Margate. McAndrews will also be serving his meatloaf parmesan (pictured above) and four other sandwiches this season at Lincoln Financial Field.
